This includes Desktop support problems, printing problems, upgrades, etc. I also try my best to support as many different programs that our staff may need to do their job. I also support Server connectivity for network shares, printing, and account privileges. ~ My Hobbies include PC Gaming, Old Cars, and anything that can be considered Sci-Fi.
